Sr. Business Director, Tech
Polaris (an IQVIA company) is looking for an experienced sales leader to join our growing compliance center of excellence. This person would be responsible for driving sales efforts across Europe.
Polaris, a fast growing and entrepreneurial consulting and technology company, active in the field of Life Sciences Compliance, is looking for ambitious people to continue to build our business in Europe, working from our European headquarters in Amsterdam.

• Actively collaborate with Tech Solutions VP’s, to drive sales efforts for Compliance and Technology Solutions across our European markets
• Actively oversee and collaborate with Account Managers in Europe to gain business
• Personally drive and close sales
• Group target for 12.5M annually (2M individual target)
- Must be a hands on role; willing to write proposals and RFP’s
- Ideal candidate must have Software sales experience within Life sciences industry
- Team management experience
- 5-7 years in a software delivery or software sales role
- Management consulting/systems integration experience, preferably with a Big 4 or similar consulting firm focusing on the Pharma industry, a plus
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required (Computing / Engineering / MIS / Information Science); MBA preferred
- Successful track record in growing accounts and consistently maintaining positive client relationships
- Willingness to have a different opinion, ability to articulate thoughts and concepts well
- Ability and willingness to attain and improve skills related to the Polaris Core Competencies
